Message I've just remembered I won't be around for this weekend.

I'll do a build on Wednesday. Feel free to commit any improvements towards that.

If there really is a more urgent call for a release then just let me know.

Bob.

Message Hi Bob,

The reformatting is fine as far as I'm concerned, I have no uncommitted
GEF work at the moment. +1 from me.

The only think thing that I'll say for the milestone release is that my
completion of argouml issue 1048 depends on a few changes which you have
just implemented in GEF (allowing client setting of mode stack in order
to add new ModeLabelDrag mode). I am currently busy with other 'real'
work, but in the next few days I hope to test your changes in GEF with a
new mode stack defined in argouml. In it's present state, my code is
not working yet.

Only once it is working will I know that the GEF changes are sufficient.
The risk of releasing a milestone without having proven this out would
be the chance that GEF needs even further tweaks, hence requiring
another milestone release a short time later. This may not be a problem
though, I suppose it depends on the amount of work involved in the
release process.

Regards,

Dave

Message I'm considering using the eclipse code formatter to do a general tidy
up of the GEF source to get us to some better coding standards.

If anyone has any GEF work in progress then this may be a pain. Let me
know if you want me to hold off on this.

Regards

Bob.

Message How about we plan a release for next weekend and see how many more
generics upgrades we can get in in that time?

Or is the release for argoprint of extreme urgency?

Bob.

I cannot think about anything else that we could need right now in GEF
for ArgoPrint.
I cannot remember any argouml requirements neither.

So if anyone has anything to say about it, go ahead.

TIA

Message Plans? Estimations for GEF?

I have to confess GEF is pretty much reactive rather than proactive.
If you need a release then I can do it.

However if we're going to do a release then is there anything else
we'd like to have in that release first also?

Bob.

Message Hi,

For the development of Argoprint I have committed some fixes in GEF
that stopped us for advancing (see the mail with subject "Exporting a
diagram to SVG").
I modified my local workspace for working with the GEF sources, but it
is not a valid solution for other devs on the Argoprint project.

Are there any estimations about when the 0.13M2 would be released?
I'm +1 about doing this new milestone ASAP.
