Hi,

we are usiing GEF 6.0 to build some Diagram Editor..

a) that product is really well build and some easy to learn..thank's to its author...

b) we had preferred to modify the soft so that EACH NODE will be read from a Bean containing all the node parameters and image.
the " show properties" will simply show the "bean customizer included in each bean-node" ....
I succeed doing that by modifing "TabPropFrame" to access the bean and all it's stuff..

c) I am now working on the SAVE/OPEN commands to serialize all the diagram...
Having not gone too far , i am first astonish that it is the "Globals.curEditor();" wich is save (including visual
stuff not really serialisable) instead of the defaultGraphmodel .. created in the application... which is the one to be
save better ...
When i save and open the "defaultGraphmodel " created in the app... things work better but i had to find the link
between Editor and defaultGraphmodel ....

A Bientot
