Message I have just checked in a preliminary .tee file for SVG support. It works
for most cases inside of uci.gef.demo.BasicApplication but seems to have
problems primarily with color and line type when used in ARGO UML...

If anyone would like to play with it a little bit, all you need to do is:
1. Get SVG.tee
2. Rename uci/gef/xml/dtd/PGML.tee to PGML.tee.bak
3. Rename SVG.tee to PGML.tee

Then just start a BasicApplication, modify the diagram is you want and
"File/Save as PGML". Open that file up in an SVG viewer such as Adobe's or
IBM's. (A good source for viewer information is
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/SVG-Implementations)

Even though it is not complete, if you see any problems, please feel free to
let me know...

Thanks,
