getBoundsImpl and setBoundsImpl on Fig can be overridden by subclasses.

However GEF occasionally changes bounds by directly reading or manipulating the
_x, _y, _w, _h protected variables.

The result is the getBounds().x can return a different value to _x

I have now deprected _x, _y, _w, _h

The intention is to replace these with private variable "bounds" and restrict
access to the getter/setter only
